Terrible Two (2-person teams) same gender (M/M, F/F) team functional fitness/ CF competition.

When: Saturday, JUNE 1st. 8AM-2PM

Terrible Two is a 2-person, same gender, M/M or F/F [ Mix pairs, M/F - Victorville location only], functional fitness team competition for athletes of all skill levels. 

Whether your are new to CF, this makes a great first comp event and to get your feet wet. Check out out INT/FUN division loads and movements for details. For the veteran crossfitter, this event is for YOU! We will challenge you, while having FUN!    Grab a friend and build your Super Team Duo. Register early, this event will sell out fast.

Registration Fee Schedule:

MAR 31-APR 15: $135 per team

APR 16- APR 30: $160 per team. 

MAY 1 -MAY 15: $180 per team. 

MAY 16 until sold out: $200 per team. 

 Entry fee covers: Team entry fee for 2 persons, 4+ separate scored events, (2) exclusive athlete event shirts, team name plate, sponsor goodies at check-in, access to a huge vendor village, and an opportunity to prove your fitness in front of family, friends, and the largest crowds in Southern California with ultimate prize packs for podium teams!

DIVISIONS:  Advanced/Rx, Intermediate, FUN.  

TO REGISTER:

One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members' names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS TO FUTURE EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Athlete substitution up until the day of event by having your substitute athlete sign your team waiver on event day.

WOD 1 - with 11 minute running clock:

E1 - 50 WB shots for time, with remaining time perform chipper (E2):

40 toes to bar (FUN hanging knee ups)

30 hang cleans

20 front squats

Handstand walk 40-FT (INT/FUN wheelbarrow walk 70-FT)

Barbell - Rx 155/105, INT 135/75, FUN 65#

Wall Ball: Rx 30/20, INT 20/14, FUN 10# (Men 10-ft target/ women 9-ft target)

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

As many reps as possible for 6 mins:

E3 - A1 - Max Effort Sled Push

E4 - A2 - Max Calorie Bike

*weight loeads TBA on day of event

A1 will perform AMRAP sled push for 3 minutes. At 3 minute mark, A1 will swap with A2 and will perform AMRAP Calorie Bike where A2 left off for remaining time.
