Beginner to advanced and masters

Standards

Beginner/intermediate
No advanced gymnastics

Pull-ups or ring rows
Double unders (can scale to singles)
Box step over
Push ups
Burpees
Clean and jerk - your max rep
Snatch 25/40 (maybe)
DB snatch
run, row and sweat

Intermediate/Advanced/masters

Expect

Pull-ups, chest to bars etc
HSPU
Double unders
Clean and jerk - your max
Snatch 60/40
DB snatch 15/22.5

Finals may have weird movements, advanced gymnastics and create horrific memories lol

Everything can be scaled (can’t podium)
