GRIND IT OUT Scaled male pairs comp


Est 2017 with competive tough but achieveable workouts. come test your fitness, team work, grit determination.

This is a no qualifier competition, with 20 pairs slots for the day. Hosted at Rochford .website

This is not an elite level competition.

There will be a minimum of 3 workouts on the day with the top pairs progressing to a semi and then the final.

£50 per team

No refund policy, you can sub athletes out if need be. Feel free if you want to bring someone to come and watch. but space will be limited on the day. no pets, no un-supervised children.

Check out our movement standards for workouts. as workouts will be at a set scale. further information for the day schedule will be sent out closer to the date.
