Format: Pairs (teams of two)

4 WODs in 4 HOURs!!

Divisions: 5 (Self Determined At Registration)

Co-ed Scaled (1 Male & 1 Female) 8am - 12 noon

All Male Scaled (Male, Male) 8:00 am - 12:00 noon

All Female Scaled (Female, Female) 8:00 am - 12:00 noon

All Male RX (Male, Male) 1pm - 5pm

All Female RX (Female, Female) 1pm - 5pm

• 1st: Gold Medal + Sponsor Swag Bag (SWEAT RX, Badass WOD Wear Gear..)($250 for RX Divisions)

Terms and Conditions:

Registration opens February 15th, 2016 and closes on April 28th, 2016 or once all divisions are at capacity. Please note that competition t's are only guaranteed to those participants who register by May 28th, 2016. Refunds will not be offered. However, a transfer option will be available for competitors if they are unable to compete. The transfer option must be exercised no later than April 28th, 2016. Please notify WE Lift Athletics of all changes via email: weliftathletics@gmail.com. Also note that parent or guardian signatures will be required for all participants under the age of 18.
