BUY IN

  • 400 M Run [40 reps]

12 Rounds of the Complex

  • 5 Fronts Squats [95/135] [65/95]
  • 10 Over Bar Burpees

BUY OUT

  • 400 M Run [40 reps] + AMRAP Air Squats

Scoring = for every 100 M completed in the runs by all 3 athletes will result in 10 reps.

** Buy in/out reps only apply for time-capped teams

8 Rounds

  • Sprint width of Football Field
  • 21 Box Jump Overs [20/24]


On 3-2-1-Go, all 3 athletes sprint the full width of the football field back to their box.

Once all 3 athletes are back in the appropriate 20 foot segment of their teams lane box jump overs can begin with one athlete working at a time on the box jump overs.

Once all 21 reps are complete move your box to the next 20 foot segment.

Once your box is set up all 3 teammates sprint to the opposite sideline, back to the start and back to box to begin your next round of 20 box jump overs.

All athletes must be in the appropriate 20 foot segment before box jump overs can begin.

Time stops when all 3 athletes have completed the final set of 21 box jump overs, and sprinted back to the start line with their box.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Max Barbell Complex

  • 4 Deadlifts
  • 2 Hang Power Cleans
  • 1 Front Squat


1 Barbell for your team.


10 minutes to get a heavy complex.

Score = total poundage for all 3 athletes combined together.
Bar starts empty. At 3-2-1 go athletes can begin loading the bar.

Collars must be on before attempts can be made.

Athlete must fully extend for both hang power cleans. In other words, the athlete is not permitted to squat clean the second hang power clean.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

AMRAP 3

Max Double Unders

One athlete jumps at a time.

Once an athlete trips up or misses a jump the next athlete must take over. Must continue to work through all 3 athletes in a row.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

3 Rounds

  • 12 Hang Power Clean and Jerks
  • 16 Front Rack Reverse Lunges [8 each]
  • 20 Alternating Pistols [10 each leg]


RX = 95/135
Scaled = 65/95

Each athlete must complete 4 reps of the C&J’s in a row each round.

All other reps can be split up how you would like.
At 3, 2, 1 GO the barbell may never touch the ground until WOD is complete.

If the barbell hits the ground during the WOD all athletes must complete 5 burpees immediately before continuing through the WOD.

The barbell must be handed to the next athlete when needed. Static hold by 1 or 2 athletes during the pistols.
