Format: Pairs (teams of two)

4 WODs in 4 HOURs!!

Co-ed Scaled (1 Male & 1 Female)  8am - 12noon

All Male Scaled (Male, Male) 8am - 12noon

All Female Scaled (Female, Female) 8am - 12noon

All Male RX (Male, Male) 1pm - 5pm  

All Female RX (Female, Female) 1pm - 5pm

Divisions: 5 (Self Determined Upon Registration)

Number of Events: 4 (All teams!)

Regular Registration: $150.00 Team - March 1st- April 15th

Registration opens February 4th, 2016 and closes on April 29th, 2016 or once all divisions are at capacity. Please note that competition t's are only guaranteed to those participants who register by April 5th, 2016. Refunds will not be offered. However, a transfer option will be available for competitors if they are unable to compete. The transfer option must be exercised no later than April 14th, 2016.
