Event description

The Summit will be the largest event of it's kind in Ireland, outside of the Dublin area. 

We are inviting teams and individuals from all over Ireland and Europe to participate in what promises to be a unique and memorable fitness event.

Categories:

  • Mixed teams of 4 (2 male / 2 female). (All team members must be training at the same gym for 6months prior to competition date, substitutes are possible up to 14 days before the event)

The Summit Games takes place on Saturday, 31st August 2019 at the INEC, Gleneagle, Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

*Any athlete can scale their section with burpees instead of hanging gymnastics. Teams can select any athlete to complete any section they choose.
Athletes must choose to scale or Rx before the workout begins. i.e: Athlete 1&2 can do Rx, Athlete 3&4 can scale, the athletes are scored individually and their points are combined for a team score.

** Completing the section as Rx earns double points.
