Event description

Welcome to Hampton Roads' newest competition! The 1st Annual Trident Fitness Festival will have workouts designed to test teams skill and cohesion as they work together in strategic combinations. Our unique competition will have Scaled and Intermediate Divisions and Coed teams of 3 (M/M/F & F/F/M). Teams will be tested within all facets of fitness as they strategize on how to best complete the prescribed exercises. The competition will be an excellent test of fitness for each division. So grab your girls or guys and get ready for the Trident Fitness Festival!

$5 fee for spectators

No refunds but substitutions are allowed if notification is made prior to the date of the competition.

Workout Details
:  In allotted time, all 3 athletes must find a max for the given complex from the ground.  Only 1 athlete may lift at a time.
