Three attempts to establish a one rep max snatch.

 

Athlete's will lift in their own window, i.e

 

Athlete 1 - 20 seconds to lift

10 second interval

Athlete 2 - 20 seconds to lift

10 second interval

Athlete 3 - 20 seconds to lift

10 second interval

Athlete 4 - 20 seconds to lift

10 second interval

Athlete 5 - 20 seconds to lift

10 second interval

Athlete 6 - 20 seconds to lift

10 second interval

 

After all athletes have lifted, the process will repeat, for three rounds in total.

 

Heat and lane/platform assignments will be based on leaderboard position after Workout 2.
