Code 3 2019 Open

Time to test our fitness and hard work.  The Code 3 Open will consist of a 5 week challenge measuring our abilities across the the fitness domains.

Workouts will be release every Thurdsay starting with:

Week 1: 2/21  (Hosted @ Code 3 Gardena Fri 2/22)

Week 2: 2/18

Week 3: 3/7

Week 4: 3/14

Week 5: 3/21 (Hosted @ Code 3 Hawthorne Fri 3/22)

There will be two versions, RX or Scaled. From the start pick one division and you will be tested each week based on these standards. Be strategic in picking which road you chose. There will be no switching back and forth once we start. 

Be ready to bring it each week as we will be updating the rankings weekly as the workouts conclude. Athletes will be ranked and we will see who is the fittest of Code 3.
