The SWEAT RX Championships is back! This year's event will be an intense, gritty fitness competition designed to declare the most fit affiliate team and individual athletes. 

Open to all athletes everywhere, our annual event will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. SWEAT RX goes the extra mile to provide engaging events to showcase the best of what the community and its athletes have to offer. 

We support these athletes by promoting functional fitness Competitions which provides fitness enthusiasts the opportunity to showcase everything that is positive about their fitness, health, passion, and community and of course lots of fun.

8 Min to complete 4 x 400M Relay

6 Min to achieve 1 RM Snatch

Rx - Rounds + reps 20ft handstand walk = 1 rep 10 alternating pistols = 10 reps 15 pullups = 15 reps (1 full round = 26 reps) Scaled - Rounds + reps of: 5 pullups = 5 reps 10 hand release pushups = 10 reps 15 air squats = 15 reps (1 full round = 30 reps)
