Pyromania is our opportunity to get "Outside the box". This is our time to go out and run, swim, jump, throw, paddle, run obstacle courses, bike and perform workout formats usually not found in regular class programming. This is truly limitless. Be ready for the unknown and the unknownable. The intent is clear, we want Pyromania to be the ultimate fun community event for everyone. We tailor the workouts so they're accesible for all skill levels, experience and strength. Beginners are more than welcome and veteran competitive athletes will find something to challenge themselves. "The fun is in the community, the art is in the programming". For those that have done Pyromania before, you know what to expect and it keeps getting better. For those new to the experience, trust us, there's no better place to start.

Here's a couple things both scaled and Rx athlete should expect but are not limited to:. Running, swimming, jumping and throwing. Dumbbells hang squat cleans 35/25sc, 50/35Rx, barbell ground to overhead ladder scaled, snatch ladder Rx, wall balls 24/20 for both, partner deadlifts 315/215sc, 405/285Rx, devil's press 35/25sc, 50/35Rx, 3/4 rope climbs share as needed scaled, pegboard ascents Rx, single unders scaled, double unders Rx. By the time you read this, there's still plenty of time before the event, set goals and get ready for Pyromania IV.

Most of the events are going to be outside so it's weather dependant. If it rains, we're still going ahead. It would have to be very bad to cancel and move to plan B. There will be ongoing communications with athletes through social media and emails to keep you updated.
