Event description

Calling all the ladies for this AMAZING event! Grab your mom, daughter, or bestie for this partner competition as it is LADIES ONLY and get ready to take on 4 Partner WODs! The best part is we will have ALL male judges to take care of our ladies. :)

There are a few basic guidelines:

1. Each team must consist of two women.

2. Teams will compete on Saturday.

3. Teammates do NOT need to be from the same Affiliate.

4. Both team members MUST compete in all WODs together.

6. There will be 2 divisions: Elite/Rx and Intermediate

Elite/Rx division is for for the best of the best. Teams of 2 females who are constantly at the top of the leaderboard in their gym should register for this division.

Intermediate: This division is calling all of those athletes looking to throwdown with their friends and have some fun. While still a very competitive division, this is designed for the “weekend warriors” and those not quite at the level of the “Elite/Rx” team division.

All events will be scalable, either by load or movement.

Babes & Barbells is open to ALL female athletes and will, of course, be a great time to get out and meet other ters from our local community! Whether you are new to or a longtime ter, this competition promises to be an AMAZING day for all!

Once you sign up for an event 100% of all fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. The MAXIMUM refund granted will be 90% of registration cost due to the fees that we incur (I am sure you can understand) . 14 days prior to the event we will ONLY refund your registration if there is someone to replace your team - check with your box-mates to see if someone can take your place! Please contact us at with any questions or refund requests.

Max Rep Partner Wall Balls (All divivisions)

Elite: 20 lb Ball to a 10 ft Target

Intermediate: 14 lb Ball to 10 ft Target

Beginner: 10 lb Ball to 9 ft Target

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better
