From the Creators of Be Victorious Events | Double Trouble | Teams of 2 with 3 workouts!  Registration Opens Feb 1st to all fitness enthusiasts with a 35 team max.  

This is a Beginner/Intermediate event sure to deliver good times, high fives and of course FITNESS!

Early bird prices will be set at $125 with prices going up to $140 on 3/25/19 .

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There will be plenty of street parking.  Please do not park in the event parking lot.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Please, NO pets or alcohol.

We recommend you bring a small easy up, chairs and an ice chest w/ food and water.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS. You may find a substitute and follow the steps below.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

On an 8 minute clock:

Partner (A) will establish a heavy complex of 1 Full Clean + Thruster | once Partner (A) has completed their complex (max time of 4 min) Partner (B) will establish a heavy complex of 1 Full Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 S2OH.

Once Partners switch, it is the final.

Beginner Females:

Partner (A) may Power Clean + Front Squat + Thruster

Partner (B) May Power Clean + 2 Front Squats + Jerk

The final score will the sum of Partner (A)'s and Partner (B)'s heaviest successful lift.

 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

AMRAP 10

Partner (A) will do 1 round of:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Shoulder to Overhead

While Partner (B) rows for calories.  

Once Partner (A) is done, switch and repeat. 

Beginner Women     |   65#

The score is total Reps + Calories on the rower.

Score is Time Completed.  If team hits time cap, then it's 14:00 + Reps Completed
