2 MINUTE TRANSITION

 

ATHLETE 2 HAS 5 MINUTES

TO FIND 1 REP MAX SNATCH

 

WEIGHTS MAY BE PRELOADED ON THE BAR AT THE START OF THE 5 MINUTE MARK FOR EACH ATHLETE.

ATHLETES MAY HELP EACH OTHER LOAD THE PLATES.

ONCE THE ATHLETE INCREASES THE WEIGHT ON THE BAR THEY ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO DECREASE THE WEIGHT ON THE BAR.

THE WEIGHT MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH THE JUDGE BEFORE ATTEMPTING THE LIFT.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 12

WORKOUT DETAILS:

BOTH ATHLETES RUN THE 400M FOR THE BUYIN & BUYOUT WITH A BATON HANDOFF.

AFTER BOTH OF THE ATHLETES HAE COMPLETED THE RUN.

ATHLETE #1 WILL START THE T2B/BBJO/SNATCHES/LUNGES. ONCE ATHLETE #1 COMPLETES THE CHIPPER THEY WILL DROP THE DUMBBELL AT THE 20 YARD LINE AND SPRINT BACK TO THE RIG TO TAG ATHLETE #2.

ATHLETE #2 WILL THEN SPRINT OUT TO THE DUMMBELL AND BEGIN THE CHIPPER IN REVERSE ORDER WITH LUNGES/SNTACHES/BBJO/T2B.

AFTER ATHLETE #2 HAS COMPLETED THE CHIPPER.  ATHLETE #1 WILL HEAD BACK OUT ON THE TRACK FOR THE RUN.
