Event description

Athlete Check-In [MANDATORY for ALL Divisions]
All athletes will need to pick up their credentials, registration packet, and shirts at the Washington Hilton prior to entering the DC Armory for the Main Event. Each athlete will need to provide photo identification at check-in.

  • Thursday, April 11th: 4:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Friday, April 12th: 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Refund Policy

There are no refunds after a team accepts an invitation and registers for the Main Event. No exceptions.

Substitution Policy

- Elite Division. There are no substitutions allowed for this Division. The team that you start the Online Qualifier with is the team you must finish with, as well as being the 4 individuals that comprise your team for the Main Event. 

- Rx and Scaled Division. There are no subsititions allowed for the Online Qualifier, the team you start the Qualifier with is the team you must finish the Qualfier with. However, if you earn a spot to the Main Event and need to substitute an athlete out, that must be done BEFORE check in at the Main Event.
