The Austrian Throwdown (formerly known as Hypertrophy) is Austrias biggest competition. Starting in 2015 as a national championship the Austrian Throwdown got bigger and better every year and opened up to international athletes in 2018. In 2019 we celebrate our fifth anniversary and we have some big things planned. So join in and be part of the Austrian Throwdown.
