CrossFit Orangeville Masters/Teens Series

Onsite Competition for Individuals

Event description

Our goal is to give competitors an opportunity to showcase their skills, strength, power, and stamina across broad domains. Individuals will compete in 3-4 events throughout the competition. Our goal is to open this competition day up to both Masters and Teen competitors.

Registration will soon be open for men's and women's Individual Masters (+35) and Individual Teen (under 18) divisions.

Spaces will be limited

Registration includes athlete goody bag and lunch.

Masters Series (+35)

Divisions will be split on age depending on the number of athletes who register, and what their birth year is. The CrossFit Orangeville 2019 Masters Series will be open to athletes born in 1984 and earlier.

Masters Series Movement Standards

*Note, not all listed movements and/or weights will be seen in competition, this just gives a baseline level of fitness for competitors. Athletes should be able to confidently move the listed weights and perform the movements to standard.*

Teen Series (Under 18)

Divisions will be split on age depending on the number of athletes who register, and what their birth year is. The CrossFit Orangeville 2019 Teen Series will be open to athletes born in 2002-2005.

*Note, all athletes under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian on the day of, and for the duration of the competition.
