Event description

Our goal is to give competitors an opportunity to showcase their skills, strength, power, and stamina across broad domains. Individuals will compete in 3-4 events throughout the competition. Our goal is to open this competition day up to both Masters and Teen competitors.


Registration is now open for men's and women's Individual Masters (+35) and Individual Teen (under 18) divisions.


Spaces will be limited


Registration includes athlete goody bag and lunch.


Masters Series (+35)


Divisions will be split on age depending on the number of athletes who register, and what their birth year is. The CrossFit Orangeville 2019 Masters Series will be open to athletes born anytime in 1984 and earlier.

Teen Series (Under 18)


Divisions will be split on age depending on the number of athletes who register, and what their birth year is. The CrossFit Orangeville 2019 Teen Series will be open to athletes born in 2002-2005.

*Note, not all listed movements and/or weights will be seen in competition, this just gives a baseline level of fitness for competitors. Athletes should be able to confidently move the listed weights and perform the movements to standard.*

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

In 12 minutes, accumulate as many calories as possible on either/both the Assault Air Bike and/or the Concept 2 Rower.

Every 2 minutes (starting at 0:00) you must complete 10 Deadlift.

Teen Boys: 165lbs.
Teen Girls: 115lbs.

Men 35-44: 185lbs.
Women 35-44: 125lbs.

Men 45+: 165lbs.
Women 45+: 105lbs.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

AMRAP 12 minutes

3-6-9-12-15-etc.
Clean & Jerk

After each round, athlete must complete:
5 Pull-ups*
12 Wall Ball

Teen Boys: 95lb. Clean & Jerk, 14lb. Wall Ball to a 10' target, 24kg Kettlebell (if necessary)
Teen Girls: 65lb. Clean & Jerk, 10lb. Wall Ball to a 9' target, 16kg Kettlebell (if necessary)

35-44 Men: 115lb. Clean & Jerk, 20lb. Wall Ball to a 10' target
35-44 Women: 75lb. Clean & Jerk, 14lb. Wall Ball to a 9' target

45+ Men: 95lb. Clean & Jerk, 14lb. Wall Ball to a 10' target, 24kg Kettlebell (if necessary)
45+ Women: 65lb. Clean & Jerk, 10lb. Wall Ball to a 9' target, 16kg Kettlebell (if necessary)

*Every round, the athlete may choose to complete 12 Russian Kettlebell Swings instead of 5 Pull-ups (Teens and 45+ age categories only)

*70 Single Unders are an option in place of 28 Double Unders for 45+ age group only

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

10 minutes to establish a 3-rep max Bench Press
