For the third year in a row we are ready to take the standard of local throwdowns to the next level. 2017 we saw the Obstacle Course, 2018 we introduced a Triathlon (Bike, Swim, Run) and real world functional fitness test, the Crosscut Saw, yep teams had to saw their way through a 15 inch log for time.
12 months is a long time to plan and 2019 is set not to disappoint. We will be going offsite again to test teams with your typical style workouts, bringing it back to basics.

This is a two day, same sex pairs (MM or FF).
For the last two years we have sold out within a week!  2019 Diggers Oath will be strictly capped at 60 team! This will sell out in days so be sure to get in quick! 

Registration will be open 6am Monday 14th January. We will have a wait list for the teams that aren’t quick enough to register.

Our mission is to deliver a competition to remember that sets the standard for local competitions, one that challenges you in every way but with the ability to substitute or scale but most of all support the amazing community by bringing so many like minded people together for a fun, social event!

Standards:

This is a beginner to open level competition with suitable substitute options that won’t effect your score and scaling options that will. The standards are a guide to what you should be able to do for reps, but remember you can scale or substitute where required.
