CrossFit Response is excited to be running the Clifton's Couples Clash Partner Competition on Sunday the 13th of January 2019. The comp will be an awesome opportunity to throwdown with a mate/partner and help raise money for our Coach, #cycloneclifton , who has qualified for the Australian Crossfit Championships in late January 2019.

The divisions are:
FF + MF - Beginner
FF + MM + MF - Intermediate
MF - Open

$110 entry fee per Team

*We will not issue refunds. You may transfer your registration to another team in the same category but you must advise us of the transfer minimum 48hours prior.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 30

500 Row 500 Run 

Indian file - For Time

Score is the sum of both athletes finishing times.

Partner 1 will row 500m and then head straight out into 500m run (for time). 

Partner 2 will start rowing 500m as soon as partner 1 has finished rowing, then head straight out into 500m run (for time). 

 

 

 

 

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

6 minutes for both partners to find their max weight for the complex.

*Beginner category complex is 1x Power Clean, 2x Front Squat &  2x Push Press.
