Event description

Grab your New Years "by the horns" and sign up for our male-pairs or female-pairs CrossFit Competition hosted at Auxiliary CrossFit. 

Date – Saturday January 12th from 8AM-4PM 

Auxiliary CrossFit will be creating a scholarship program that will fund underprivileged young athletes. All proceeds from ticket sales, t-shirt sales, and beverage sales will go towards this new fund. 

There will also be a raffle section at the event. The proceeds from the prizes will go to fund Auxiliary’s own Samantha Pereira da Silva and her fellow teammates Julia Bayne, and Melani Moyan to Wodopalooza in Miami, Florida January 18th - 21st. Please bring cash or debit to purchase tickets! 


The Event:
Each team will be guaranteed 4 workouts including 2 seeding workouts which will determine your category of RX or Intermediate divisions.

Pet Policy for the Competition: 
Due to the space restraint there will be no pets allowed. 

Prizing: 
All podium finishers will be awarded with prize packs from our sponsors. Cash Prizes will be awarded for our RX podium finishers.

40 Synchro DB Single Arm Overhead Lunges (50/35)

30 handstand push ups

20 weighted pistols (50/35)

30 deficit handstand push ups (8"/4")

 

*Tie breaker is time after 50 DB squats

*If teams cannot do wall ball weight to target, they can complete 60 medicine ball cleans
