Sign up: 3-person, same-gender teams, select Scaled or Intermediate

Refund Policy: No refunds and no division changes. E-mail info@dorealwork.com to request substitutions. January 7th is the final day to register or request substitutions.

Parking: Limited spaces available in the main gym lot. Carpooling is strongly enouraged.

Entrance: Please enter through the door on Linden Avenue W. All other doors will be locked.

Check-in: Check-in at the welcome desk before entering the warm up or workout areas.

What to bring: Select food and beverage will be available for purchase, but please plan to provide your own nourishment.

What not to bring: Pets, alcohol, children.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Time Cap: 10 minutes
