FANTASTIC FOUR Teams of 4-person Functional Fitness/ CF Team Competition

When: Saturday, January 19th, 8AM-2:30PM 

Where: La Puente CrossFit 151 S Hacienda Blvd City of Industry CA 91745

5 Divisions. 4-person team format. 4 WODs. 7 separate scored events to find a balanced bad ass team and true winner  in a GRID-style relay race format to include elements of strength, skill, gymnastics, fitness, and strategy.

5 DIVISIONS: Co-Ed (MM+FF) Rx/Advanced, Co-Ed Intermediate (MM+FF), Newly added division - QUAD Squad (Intermediate Division Only) - All Male (MMMM) or All Female (FFFF). FUN - 4-person team any combination - co-ed MM+FF/ co-ed MMFM/ co-ed FFMF, or MMMM/ FFFF (FUN ONLY).

Quad Squad Division is a hybrid Advanced/Intermediate level. At least 1 athlete on your team has to be able to perform the following movements:  Pull ups / Toes to bar, Double unders. Weight load will be the similar to intermediate division. QS Men (All Men) will lift Co-Ed Advanced weight loads and will perform Co-Ed INT gymnastics movements as described.  QS Women (All Women) will perform weight loads and gymnastics movements as prescribed for Co-Ed INT division. QS Women will lift the lightest weigh loads listed per movement, and will static hold heavier weight loads as listed for Co-Ed INT division. Questions? Contact info@WarriorAffiliateLeague.com

If you are new to CF, this event makes for a great first competition. FUN divisions loads are do-able for those first timers or new CF of less than 6 months.  For the veteran crossfitter, this event is for YOU! You will be challenged in the Advanced and Intermediate divisions. Don't miss your chance to compete in this Epic team event!  Grab 3 friends and build your power team. One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members' names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering.
