Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 7

EVENT 1

Round 1 - Squat Clean speed ladder
Round 2 - Squat clean and jerk
Round 3 - Squat clean + 2 jerks at each bar done anyhow


 

Rx (30-49) 60/35, 70/40, 75/45, 80/50, 85/55 kg
Open (30-49) 45/25, 50/30, 55/35, 60/40, 65/45 kg
Rx (50+) 45/25, 50/30, 55/35, 60/40, 65/45 kg
Open (50+) 35/20, 40/25, 45/30, 50/35, 55/37.5 kg

(12min CAP)

3 round for time of:
400m Run together / 300m in Open
21 kb snatch / KB Swings
12 Pull-ups / jumping chest to bar

(Must Change every 20/16cals or reps *Working partner must complete 6 burpees over rower before resting partner resumes calories)
60 Toes to bar

In remaining time:
RX - max strict handstand push-ups  
OPEN pushups on dumbbells
