Onsite Competition for Teams

Event description

This is a one of a kind team competition combining fitness with strategy! 

Each team member will start with an individual workout to highlight their strengths, then two events to see how well they work as a team.

Then there is a little fun and games with the obstacle course!

If you are lucky enough to make it to the Top Four be prepared for a strategic call out style Throwdown. 

Registration price will increase on Dec 17th so get signed up now!

* Registration is $240 per team and will include shirt

* Price will go up Dec 17th to $280 per team (no shirt)

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 9

On a 9 min clock you will perform these three workouts, each having a 3 min time cap
