Each week, during the Team & Individual challenge of the Enhanced Online Championship, HQ will release workout(s) on Thursdays at 1 pm GMT +(2:00). The EHO Community will have until the following Monday to complete the workouts and submit their score.

There’s plenty of fun to go around. The EOC not only brings the party to your gym, but it provides an opportunity to test your fitness with friends.

Video Submission

All athletes looking to compete MUST submit a video for each prescribed workout.

We are requesting all athletes submit videos for WOD 1, 2 & 3 using the WOD Proof app http://wodproofapp.com/. The workouts are released on Thursday and the videos are due the following Monday due at the same time.

Before uploading make sure your videos meet the standards for video submission - announcing your name, showing weights used, and having a clock in view. If you do, you are all set to submit!

We’re not all tech-savvy, so to help, we want to offer you some tips on how to upload your videos and submit them to Enhanced website.  Please note, we will only accept video links from Dropbox, Google, YouTube and/or Vimeo. If you do not already have one, you will need to make an account with one of the above platforms.

When uploading, don't use background music with copyright protection, it may be blocked. If you do have music in the background of the video that results in the video being blocked, go into settings and “mute” the sound. It is important to make sure you set your video for PUBLIC viewing.

BE WISE! Upload videos with plenty of time to spare, uploading large video files can take a long time!

If you are new to YouTube, by default YouTube requires you to request a limit increase to upload a video longer than 15 minutes.  To do so, follow the instructions in the link below - https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/71673?hl=en

Workouts have not been announced. Please check back again...
