Onsite Competition for Teams

Event description

Chicks & Dicks has been designed to be a partner competition, so grab your favorite guy or gal and get ready to take on 4 challenging Partner WODs!

There are a few basic guidelines:

1. Each team must consist of one guy & one gal.

2. Teams will compete on Saturday.

3. Teammates do NOT need to be from the same Affiliate.

4. Both team members MUST compete in all WODs together.

5. To be eligible for the title of "Best Chick & Dick"...
BOTH teammates must complete all 4 WODs as RX!

6. There will be 4 divisions: Open, Masters(35-44), Masters(45+) & Teen!

All events will be scalable, either by load or movement. 

The OCCF Chicks & Dicks is open to ALL athletes and will, of course, be a great time to get out and meet other ters from our local community! 

Whether you are new to or are stepping up your training for the 2019 Reebok Games, this competition promises to be an AMAZING day for all!

REFUND POLICY
Once you sign up for an event 100% of all fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. The MAXIMUM refund granted will be 90% of registration cost due to the fees that we incur (I am sure you can understand) . 14 days prior to the event we will ONLY refund your registration if there is someone to replace your team - check with your box-mates to see if someone can take your place! Please contact us at occfevents@gmail.com with any questions or refund requests.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

1000m Row for Time.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Partner 1 will row 1000 M. 

Partner 2 will do Shoulder to Overhead in the remaining time.

Partner 2 chooses weight for points:

115 / 75 = 1 pt per rep

135 / 95 = 2 pts per rep

165 / 115 = 3 pts per rep
