Onsite Competition for Individuals

Event description

This CrossFit competition is designed specifically for those who are new to competition, but of course everyone is welcome to come play! 

EVENT DETAILS:

- 3 WODs for all participants 
- 4 divisions: Beginner, Master's (40+), Teen (14-17) and Open.
- Prizes for the top 3 Men and Women in each division.
- $40 per person

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

8 Minute Row for Distance

 

Each athlete will have 8 minutes to row for max distance. 

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Athletes will have 3 minutes to complete their 1 rep max power clean. Bar must be caught ABOVE parallel and then the athlete must stand all the way up with the bar in the front rack position.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Athletes will have 3 minutes to complete as many reps as possible of power cleans. 

Weights:

Beginner: 95 / 65

Masters: 95 / 65

Open: 135 / 95

30 Chest-To-Bar Pull-Ups
