Event description

Scaled Division at 8am- 12pm

Standards::: Knee raise, single skip, modified rope climbs (straight leg pull from back to standing), jumping pull up, hand release push up, C+J 95/65, snatch 95/65, DL 155/105. 

RX Division 1pm-5pm

Standards::: T2B, DU, Rope Climb, Pull up, Bar M/U (only 1 athlete will need to do them), HSPU, C+J 135/95 for reps, Snatch 135/95 for reps, DL 225/155 for reps.
