Event description

Scaled Division at 8am- 12pm

Standards::: Knee raise, single skip, modified rope climbs (straight leg pull from back to standing), jumping pull up, hand release push up, C+J 95/65, snatch 95/65, DL 155/105. 

RX Division 1pm-5pm

Standards::: T2B, DU, Rope Climb, Pull up, Bar M/U (only 1 athlete will need to do them), HSPU, C+J 135/95 for reps, Snatch 135/95 for reps, DL 225/155 for reps.

2 min AMRAP of Syncro KB Single Arm alt lunges @70/53

Flow: both partners working at the same time on different runners for 2 minutes, both rest at the same time for 1 minute, then move to the bikes at the same time for 2 minutes, then rest together, then do sycronized 1 arm kb overhead lunges facing eachother. 

- Score is total calores from run and bike combined with total syncro lunges within the 6 minutes of work. 

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better | Tiebreaker: Female's weight.

3 RM OHS (syncro)

Bar starts in rack for both male and female athlete, facing eachother. 

All 3 reps must be at the top position at the same time, and the bottom at the same time, speed of accent or decent can be different, but must meet at each position before moving on to the next rep.  

Team will have 6 minutes to establish a 3RM OHS of combined weight. 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Tiebreaker: Time both athletes complete DUs

7 min AMRAP, accending ladder. 

Buy in: both athletes complete 100 Du's each at the same time.

1 DB Squat Clean and Jerk @50/35s

1 Burpee Box Jump @30/24

+1 of each exercise each round. Done in an alternating fashion

 

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 11 | Tiebreaker: most reps completed at time cap

For Time: in any order, in any rep scheme, 1 person working at a time.

3RM Front Squat from rack. 

Partner A and Partner B will start with bar in the rack, they must start in front rack position at the top together, while facing eachother, they will meet at the bottom position at the same time, then return to the top at the same time. 

Athletes must decent and accend at different speeds, as long as they meet at the top and bottom of each rep. 

Score is total weight combined on successful 3 syncronized reps. 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Tiebreaker: Time Both Athletes Complete DU's

7 min AMRAP, accending ladder. 

Buy in: both athletes complete 100 Du's or 200 Single skips each at the same time.
