4 divisions!

  • RX - Can complete the Open as prescribed (bar muscle ups included).
  • Intermediate - Can do pull ups, TTB, and complete all benchmarks as RX - (Bar muscle ups not needed).
  • Masters (38+) - Can do pull ups, TTB, and complete all benchmarks as RX - (Bar muscle ups not needed).
  • Beginners - Have been doing for 3+ months (Do not need to do pull ups or toes to bar).

Substitute Double Unders for Single Unders

*Rings will be 4ft off floor, athletes foot will be 2 feet in front of rings

** After Completion of Part 1- Immediatly go to Air Bike with time remaining on 20 min clock bike as many calories as possible. Each Calorie will equal 1 second off time of part 1.

 

 

 

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

With a continously running clock every minute perform:

1 clean + 1 Jerk 

Each athlete will have 1 minute to complete 1 Clean + 1 Jerk

weight increases by 10lbs per minute. If athlete is unable to perform jerk but is still able to perform clean, the athlete may continue the ladder performing the clean. At which point the athlete will accrue points for clean only.

2 ladders available for Men and 1 ladder for Women

Ladder 1 Men 135lbs - 225lbs

Ladder 2 Men 215lbs  - 305lbs

Ladder 1 Women 75lbs - 165lbs

 

* Athlete may ONLY compete in 1 ladder

2000 Meter Row

Two rowers will be presented per team. Each Team member will start 2000 meter row at same time.

Total Score will both times combined.
