Blind Date at Crow River CrossFit

A functional fitness competition for co-ed teams of two! Come test your skills in 3 divisions, scaled, masters and Rx. All teams will compete in 4 scored events, and the final six teams in each division will advance to a fifth workout.

Competition time: 9 a.m. until approximately 4:00 p.m. (Check-in and warm up area opens at 8 a.m.)

What makes Blind Date exciting?

Standards are posted and should represent the minimum skills for that division. Clues and hints may be released prior to the event, but the workout details will only be available the week of the event! Some final fun surprises will be included in the athlete briefing. Don’t let the unknown scare you, in the world of CrossFit – being prepared for the unknown and unknowable is a principle of CrossFit! As such, the standards are released, and the scaled division will be a very “doable” division, for those who will want to work hard and are still building their high skill movements. Each division will have limited spots, so register early to guarantee your spot!
