This is a non refundable entrie 

please remember to bring things like lifting shoes, spare t-shirts, skipping ropes as you never know what will be included in the workouts. 

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 12

with 2 people working at a time you can tag in at anybtime so long as 2 people are resting and 2 are working all movements must but done in sync,when doing it in synch both people working will equal 1 rep.  

For time: 

100 Wall balls 

80 Sandbag lunges (total)

60 KB Swings   

40 Pull ups 


Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

In a 7 minute time cap your team must complete as many rounds and reps as possible of the follow 3 movements the exercises rounds can be split in anyway, but only 1 person can work at a time and you must use all your teams mates. 


7 cal Bike

7 Burpees 

7 Box Jumps  

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

you have 7 mins to get a total score for your team for a 1 RM Clean the score will be 1 lift from each person and then oyur total combined. 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

As soon as the team has established their 1 RM for their clean they will then go straight into their final workout of:


3 mins to get as many thrusters out as possible 


40/30 sclaes will be alowed with in reason
