Event description

Outcast Winter Games is a two-person, same gender fitness competition with Rx male / Rx female, and scaled divisions.

Athletes will be teamed up by the coaches to show off their fitness and vie for a spot on the podium. 

All teams will compete in 3 workouts before the top teams earn a spot in the last workout. 

There will be swag and cash prizes for the winners-- the more participants, the more ca$h to win! 

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

10 Bars of Death: scored twice: (1) total combined and (2) combined heaviest complex finished** Ten barbells will be placed in a zigzag pattern from lightest to heaviest. At go, the athlete will choose a bar to lift, complete the complex, and move to another, heavier bar. Each athlete will have 90 seconds to lift as many bars as they can*. When athletes lift their final bar they may proceed to the 10th bar and deadlift it as many times as possible before their time is up. Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better | Tiebreaker: at bar #10 before the 90 seconds runs out.

Both partner's heaviest complex completed will be combined and scored as a separate event. For example, if Ross lifts the 25#, 45#, and 65# bars and Danny lifts the same ones, their score would be 130#. The tie-break will be the number of deadlifts at bar #10.
