(1.1 score is time taken to complete 4 rounds)

5 Burpee Box Jump Overs

(Open 24/20" May Step Over)

Athletes aternate rounds ie. A1 = R1, A2 = R2, A1 = R3 etc..


*Athletes will continue to work through rounds for a total of 15mins (even after the time is taken for the 4 rounds)

*1.2 score is total reps completed in 15 mins

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better
