Onsite Competition for Individuals and teams

Event description

This year marks the 6th Annual Overdose competition, and we couldn't be happier to be going back to our two day format and bringing back one of the most dreaded and lauded components of this competition. 

Overdose 2016 has three divisions
- Individual RX Women
- Individual RX Men
- Team Open Division (2 men, 2 women)

Registration is limited and we will not be opening up more spaces to ensure the days flow smoothly. 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of planning required for this event there will not be any refunds available.

Substitution Policy
As such substitutions are allowed up until 72 hours before the event.

Division Descriptions

RX (Individuals) - Performing all the workouts of the 2015 CrossFit Games Open RX will ensure you're able to thrive in this division.

Open Division (Teams) - Being able to complete all the Benchmark Girl Workouts Rx'd across all the people in your team will ensure you're able to thrive in this division. (Cindy, Grace, Annie, Eva T, Mary, etc.) If you're an individual that can complete Amanda Rx'd you'll be better suited to compete in the individual division.
