Format: Pairs (teams of two)

4 WODs in 4 HOURs!!

Co-ed Scaled (1 Male & 1 Female)  8am - 12 noon

All Male RX (Male, Male) 1pm - 5:pm  

All Female RX (Female, Female) 1pm - 5pm

Divisions: 3 (Self Determined Upon Registration)

Number of Events: 4 (All teams!)

Registration opens December 7th, 2015 and closes on February 8th, 2016 or once all divisions are at capacity. Please note that competition t's are only guaranteed to those participants who register by February 8th, 2016. Refunds will not be offered. However, a transfer option will be available for competitors if they are unable to compete. The transfer option must be exercised no later than February 8th, 2016. Please notify WE Lift Athletics of all changes via email: weliftathletics@gmail.com. Also note that parent or guardian signatures will be required for all participants under the age of 18.
