Event description

"Valours first CrossFit style event. Expect it to be fast, hard, and Challenging! Bring your Best to support the Best"

This is an Individual CrossFit Competition open to the following divisions:
Scaled, Intermediate and Rx.
The first two WODs will be seeding WODs, followed by two more WODs for placing. Purpose of the seeding WODs is to determine athletes respective divisions.
First 30 athletes to register will receive an event T-Shirt or Tank top.
