Best of the WURST presented by FitnessLab CrossFit.

This competition hosted by FLCF (host of the Bombshell Battle Womens Competition) is located in New Braunfels TX.  Spend the weekend in New Braunfels!  Come for the comp and stay for Wurst Fest - the 10 day salute to sausage!

This is a partner competition featuring the following categories:  

Female/Female - RX & Scaled

Male/Male - RX & Scaled

Male/Female - Intermediate to RX standards

FAQ: 

Workouts and standards will be released by October 15.

There will be no refunds, all payments are final. 

Substitues will be allowed, we understand life happens, we just ask you make us aware of any team changes. 

Bring your jump rope, belts, wraps, shoes, water, and whatever you need for a good time at a CrossFit competition.
