Annual Internal Throwdown! Teams of 3.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

AMRAP 12
10 calorie row, 8 Deadlifts, 6 burpees over the bar, athlete must complete full round before next athlete can work


1 partner works, one planks (forearms), one rests/changes weights (rotate after full round)


Score will be rounds and reps completed as a team.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

One men’s barbell per team

In 10 minutes

One athlete per movement to establish a max unbroken lift
7 rep Back squat
5 rep Hang Clean (however you would like)
3 rep Strict press.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Tiebreaker: Toes to bar reps

3 rounds for each athlete at each station, one athlete working at a time

Each athlete will participate in 2 rounds of each movement for :30. You will have a choice of which movement you would like to choose but the movement and weight you choose will help dictate you points on a 6x,3x,1x multiplier
