All Female Partner Competition

Rx and Scaled Divisions

Movements and Standards will be released 3-weeks before competition.

RX - One Partner must be able to complete Double Unders, 55 KB Swings, 35# DB Snatch, 14# WB and Pull-ups.

Scaled - Must be able to use 35lb KB, 10 lb WB and #55lb DB Snatch.

*Registration includes a T-Shirt if registered on or before 10-13


Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Tiebreaker: .95 Time

Part A:

Partners begin by running just shy of a mile (.95) 

Both partners must be at their station to begin the Part B.

Part B:

In time remaining, partners will perform max wall ball.  Each RX partner must transition the wall ball by partner A throwing the ball at target and partner B catching it creating a seamless transition. If the wall ball drops both partners must perform 5 penalty burpees. Scaled partners may hand the Wall Ball instead of catching...but again if the ball is dropped, 5 penalty burpees apply.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Partners will have 1 minute per station to complete as many cleans as possible. There will be a 30 second transistion between each station.  Work maybe divided as seen fit.

Elbows must break the plane...they have to come around!

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 15 | Tiebreaker: Row Time

Partner A - 10 Thrusters (95/65)

Partner B Double Unders (Singles)

Partner A - 27 KB Swings (55/35)

Partner B Overhead DB Hold (35/20)

Partner A - 20 Pull-Ups (Burpee Knee-Ups)

Partner B - Burpees (Sit-ups)

Partner A - Alternating DB Snatch (35/20)

Partber B - Stein Hold

BEER/Carbonated Beverage CHUG

Tie Break will be 1000 M Row Time

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Partner A will use the Assault bike while Partner B performs slam ball. Partners must switch once. Score will be total calories and Slam Ball reps combined.
