WOD 1 

 


Part A 

 


From mins 0-10

 


starting with an empty bar accumulate total thruster weight for the whole team 

 


the bar must start from the floor and can either be power cleaned at which point the athlete must then full squat and press the par over head to full extension with no second dip, bar must finish above the head with head clearly through before dropping the bar. 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

From mins 10-13 


you will then move straight onto max calories on the ski erg

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

WOD 2

3 rounds 

 


first 2 athletes step out and perform 21 thruster and 21 pull ups each. Once finished they will then tag the next 2 athletes who will then perform 15 thrusters and 15 pull ups each then lastly they will then tag the final 2 athletes in to perform 9 thrusters and 9 pull ups 

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

WOD 3 

 


On the field 

 


each team will have 2 logs 

 


they will do one lap of the field as a team. 

 


once they are back to their respective positions they will then perform 

 


1 lap of field 

50 log squats 

1 lap of field 

30 Alt STOH each side 

1 lap of track

10 burpees over log 

1 lap of field 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Top 3 team will be chosen for the final WOD and all scores will be accumulated from the previous WOD  

 


2 athletes will be chosen by your team mates 1 male and 1 female 

8 min AMRAP
