45 clean and jerk (athletes may share the load/reps)

15 clean and jerk (athletes may share the load/reps)


*One athlete will start on bike, one will start on rower then swap once both athletes have hit target calorie count!

*Athletes can not start clean and jerks until both have hit target calories

*More specific standards will be announced on the day!

Athletes will then REST until the 13min cap or if cap is reached be given a Capped score plus penalty.
