We are excited to have you taking part in the First Battle of Port Royal Sound!! The members and staff here at CrossFit Port Royal Sound are excited to bring athletes from the Lowcountry area together under one roof for a day of fitness, fun, and family. The CrossFit community is a wonderful thing and this Saturday we get to see that first hand. Below you will find a timeline for the day, workout order and description, links to heat schedule and leaderboard. The leaderboard will be live online so those not in attendance can keep up with your scores. Share it and your photos on social media and use #battleofportroyalsound. I look forward to meeting some of you for the first time and others catching up on old times throughout the day. Please take note of the workouts and standards. After continued offsite testing of the workouts a few adjustments have been made to time caps as well as the lowering of some rep counts. Now on to the good stuff! Here is your timeline for the day
