Event description

6:30 AM - 7:30 REGISTRATION

7:15 - 7:45 ATHLETE BRIEFING

7:45 NATIONAL ANTHEM

8:00 FIRST HEAT

 

Teams of 2 will compete over 4 events.  Top 5 teams from the RX Division will compete for a 5th and final event to establish podium finish.

Event will take place Rain or Shine.


No substitutes once WODs are released.  If a substitution must be requested or there is a change in the team, that team will not be eligible for a top 5 finish.


Pop Up tents are welcome and encouraged.  The field behind Atomic CrossFit will allow set up.  Minimal indoor space is available for set up.  No tents inside.


Food will be available for purchase at the event but it is encouraged to bring your own food and drink.


There is a no refund policy.  

If your team can not make the event we will allow a transfer or substitution but again this team will not be eligible for a top 5 finish.

Row 750 meters, while partner holds (155 / 105) pounds in the Front rack position

50 Box Jump Overs, while partner holds (135/95) pounds Overhead

50 Thrusters, (95/65) pounds, while partner holds plank with plate on the back

All divisions will use a 25/10 lb plate for plank hold and 24 / 20 box height.

10 One-arm dumbbell snatches (70 / 50 lbs)

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better | Tiebreaker: Heavy Thruster Weight

Strength - Thruster - 4 mins to establish a max Thruster for each athlete (2 mins each)

Thruster drops to the ground (do not catch)

Endurance - C2B / Pull Ups - packaged for extra points (1 rep = 1 lb to partners total)


2 min windows


(0-2 mins) Athlete 1 has 2 minutes to establish heaviest Thruster - while Athlete 2 accumulates C2B / Pull Ups.

(2-4 mins) Athlete 2 has 2 minutes to establish heaviest Thruster - while Athlete 1 accumulates C2B / Pull Ups.


Each C2B / Pull Ups adds 1 pound to your partners weight
