Event description

Are your kids bursting with energy and looking to test their fitness skills in new and fun ways? Look no further than the Youth Open Fitness Throwdown. We have divided the competition into age and ability categories that are sure to allow an opportunity for all kids ages 7-17 to participate. See the "Division Standards" for more detail.

You do not need experience to participate in this event! If you do have experience, we have a division for you too. Our mission is to provide a safe, positive, and fun environment to test all fitness levels. Safe and proper movement technique will be the focus ahead of competing.

Location - CrossFit St. Catharines

Date - Saturday November 17, 2018

Registration - 8:30am-9:30am

Event Time - 9:30am-2:30pm

Cost - $65+tax per athlete (non-refundable)

Parking - Ample free parking

Once you have signed up you will receive a letter prior to the event with more details and expectations.
