Event description

This same sex partner competition is for beginners only.

In your first year of CrossFit and/or your first competition.

There will be 3 main WODs and a final for qualifying athletes.

 

Once registered, there will be a no refund policy however if you need to change your partner that can be done up to a week before the competition. 

There will be plenty of parking at the high school over the road from the box.
