Format: Pairs (teams of two)

4 WODs in 4 HOURs!!

Co-ed Scaled (1 Male & 1 Female)  8am - 12 noon

All Male RX (Male, Male) 1pm - 5:pm  

All Female RX (Female, Female) 1pm - 5pm

Divisions: 3 (Self Determined Upon Registration)

Number of Events: 4 (All teams!)

Registration opens November 21st, 2015 and closes on January 23rd, 2016 or once all divisions are at capacity. Please note that competition t's are only guaranteed to those participants who register by January 23rd, 2016. Refunds will not be offered. However, a transfer option will be available for competitors if they are unable to compete. The transfer option must be exercised no later than January 23rd, 2016. Please notify WE Lift Athletics of all changes via email: weliftathletics@gmail.com. Also note that parent or guardian signatures will be required for all participants under the age of 18.
