Event description

Our goal is to provide our local athletes an opportunity to showcase their skills and fitness levels across all capacities of strength, endurance, stamina and speed. 

All participates will have access to a dedicated athletes area.  There will be space for family and friends to watch. 

Early bird registration is now open for Men's & Women's RX & Recreational Divisions until December 15th, 2015

Registration includes  athlete goody bag.

Cash prizes for Top Male and Female Rx Athletes

Prizes will also be awarded for 2nd and 3rd place Rx and Top 3 for Male and Female scaled divisions

There are no refunds however you are allowed to transfer your registration to another athlete if you are unable to compete.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

COMPETITIVE: AMRAP in 12:00mins 100 Cals on Rower 100 Double Unders 100 Wallballs #20/#14 RECREATION: AMRAP in 12:00mins 75 Cals on Rower 150 singles skip jump rope 75 Wallballs #20/#14

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

COMPETITIVE: Achieve 1 Rep Snatch within 5:00 Minutes RECREATION: Achieve 1 Rep Clean and Jerk within 5:00 Minutes

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Competitve: AMRAP in 90 seconds: Max Reps: Snatch #135/#95 Recreation: AMRAP in 90 Seconds: Max Reps: Clean and Jerk #95/#65

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

COMPETITIVE For Time: 30 Cals on the Assault Bike 20 Handstand Push-ups (Kipping or Strict) 10 Muscle Ups *Time Cap- 5:00mins RECREATION For Time: 20 Cals on the Assault bike 15 burpees to a plate 10 pull ups (any style) *Time Cap- 5:00mins
