Onsite Competition for Teams

Event description

This is the 4th annual team of two competition! MM/FF Scaled, RX, & Mens Masters. Cash & swag prizes for RX divisions! Awesome prize packs for Scaled and Masters!

Substitutes will be considered under special circumstances, as will refunds after evaluated. 

Parking will be available near the gym! 

We will have an outdoor athlete area, feel free to bring tents, chairs, coolers, etc. We will have a vendor village area including a food and a coffee vendors! 

This is to be our biggest and best comp yet! We had over 60 teams compete last year!

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 5

Event has a 4 Minute Cap- 

Team will perform 75 GHDs for RX 

or 75 Ab mat situps for Scales 

then proceed to 25 Sand bag Cleans- 

Athletes will be capped at 4 Minutes if the work is not completed. 

If capped- one M-second will be added to the time for every rep not completed.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

This will be the score for total number of syncro Bar Facing burpees performed sacross the 4 minutes in the event 

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

This will be the score for the total weight moved in this event between both athletes. 

1 athlete will be maxing their snatch, and one their clean and Jerk.
