Event description

This is our fifth annual CrossFit Frontier Masters Championships.  This individual competition is open to anyone 35 and older.  We will have age division for all age groups as well as a women and a men's division.  We've had 50+ athletes each year so we expect this year to be even better!

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

8:00 to establish a 1RM of the following complex:

1 clean + 3 front squats

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

1 min. farmers carry for distance

then

1 min. max. effort unbroken deadlifts

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

7 min. AMRAP

10 KBS

5 pullups

10 burpees

15 box jumps

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 15

18 dumbbell cleans (left arm)

15 dumbbell push press (left arm)

12 dumbbell front squats (left arm)

9 dumbbell thrusters (left arm)

9 dumbbell thrusters (right arm)

12 dumbbell front squats (right arm)

15 dumbbell push press (right arm)

18 dumbbell cleans (right arm)
